Description
Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® Ceylon Cinnamon is grown in the lush, tropical climate of Sri Lanka. Ceylon Cinnamon has the authentic sweet and spicy flavor and warm fragrance of “true cinnamon,” as Ceylon cinnamon is often referred to. Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) has a more delicate and sweet flavor than the more common cassia cinnamon and is ideal for baked goods and fine, delicately flavored desserts.
Frontier Co-op is dedicated to ensuring the long-term sustainability of our supply chain through investments in our smallholder farmer partners, centering on their needs to help ensure resiliency in the face of challenges associated with climate change, climate-related natural disasters, and the ever-evolving geopolitical landscape; and supporting stability within those communities.
We were one of the first spice companies in the U.S. to offer fair trade certified spices to the market. Regenerative organic farming expands upon the best of fair trade and organic approaches by helping rehabilitate soil, respecting animal welfare, and improving the lives of farmers. Join us in our mission to do good for people and the planet by choosing Frontier Co-op® Regenerative Organic Certified® spices.
